• Find people fast. Reservation forms now use a searchable member picker instead of one long dropdown. Type a few letters and the right student, renter, or instructor appears, even in schools with large rosters.
• Retire resources without losing history. Aircraft and instructors can now be marked inactive. Inactive resources stop appearing in new booking pickers, but every past reservation and billing record stays intact for reporting.
